Phia Folkes
CEO
Responsible for running the agency operations and shaping the delivery, Phia heads up the team and leads on client strategy. A massive foodie and a passionate leader with over a decades experience in food marketing, Phia’s always seeking out new ways to make Seed a positive and supportive place to be. A champion of flexible working, she juggles being a mother of 2 young children - spending the (little) free time she has on Pinterest and project managing her lengthy home renovation!

Tiff Cuthbertson
Operations Manager
Tiff helps support ideation, planning, and delivery of all client-led work across the agency. She helps keep all the pieces running, managing and implementing the agency’s project management and workflow systems. When she’s not spinning multiple plates at work, she’s usually playing netball or going on brisk walks searching for the next best cup of coffee!

Creative Campaign Manager
Jessica leads the Content Production Team and runs The Plant Room. Responsible for the agency’s creative work, Jess works closely with the Client Services team to develop visual strategies for each client. When she’s not busy leading her team and coming up with creative ideas, Jess likes to spend her time painting, riding and listening to live music with a pint of craft beer in hand!

Content Writer
Harriet is responsible for crafting channel-specific content across our client portfolio. Adopting individual brands’ specific tone of voice, whilst also navigating the ever-changing demands of the various algorithms. Harriet is one of the original Seed team members and has a deep understanding of both digital marketing, and the food and drink industry

Digital Marketing Executive
Responsible for creating content and community management, Alice works hard posting and scheduling grid and story content, as well as managing paid media campaigns at Seed. When not consumed by the world of social, Alice loves to spend time brunching with friends, travelling to new places, walking and drawing.

Responsible for shooting stills, stop motion and videography, Sarah creates visually stunning content for all our brands. When she’s not creating drool worthy images, she’s been sharpening her cooking skills since lockdown and enjoys going to new places and watching documentaries!

Content Production Executive
Emily is a key member of the content production team. With a role spanning managing the calendar, taking bookings, preparing briefs and shoot plans, sourcing and styling on behalf of our clients. She spends her free time on long countryside walks with her dog, baking or binge watching episodes of Friends.

Loopy Folkes
Chef & Food Stylist
Loopy started her cooking journey over 10 years ago when she attended Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork. Since then she has worked on private yachts in the Mediterranean, in Michelin star restaurants, at The Bushcraft Company honing wilderness cooking skills and across the UK and Europe as a Private Chef.
She has now come back to her home county of Herefordshire, raising her two children on her partner’s pedigree sheep farm whilst working as a Private Chef and food stylist, before joining the team at Seed.
