Role

Digital Marketing has never been so exciting and fast-paced. Due to the events of the last year, it is one of the fastest-growing areas in the marketing mix. As an apprentice at Seed, you will train to deliver digital marketing solutions using analytical and creative talent to deliver results for well-known food, drink and lifestyle brands

Responsibilities

  • Setting up paid social ads on platforms including but not limited to

  • Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn

  • Management of Facebook Business Manager

  • Management of email marketing set up and delivery within MailChimp

  • Daily monitoring of paid social and email marketing performance

  • Staying on top of digital trends

  • Campaign planning

  • Creation of reports and analysis

  • Regularly updating website content

  • Liaising with third-party agencies and suppliers

  • The job description is not exhaustive and you may be asked to carry

  • out additional tasks which are appropriate to your job role, as required

  • by your line manager.

Skills required

  • Strong communication skills

  • Natural interest in Digital Marketing and Analytics

  • Good with numbers and data

  • Knowledge or understanding of B2C marketing and excellent

    communication skills – especially copywriting and proof checking

  • A high standard of computer literacy, Proficient MS Office (Excel,

  • Word and Outlook in particular) and in management of social media

  • platforms

  • Competency using digital marketing platforms

  • Email marketing software knowledge desirable

Personal Qualities

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Ability to perform well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and support the team

  • Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills

Entry requirements:

You need to have 5 GCSEs:

  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above

  • 3x GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject

You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level or higher level than this apprenticeship.

MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN TRANSPORT THIS IS BASED IN A RURAL LOCATION

You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the qualification and job role. You will work at Seed 80% of the time, and study in further education 20% of the time.
