We’re Hiring! Digital Designer
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Designer to drive forward the visual delivery across social media and email for the brands we work with. You will work collaboratively across our team to support the visual delivery of organic & paid social assets, email marketing, and wider design needs.
Within this role, you will be working within our Content Production Team and alongside our wider Social Media and Client Services teams to develop best-in-class visual content for our portfolio of food, drink, and lifestyle clients.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Developing digital assets for each of our clients’ brands to bring their brand identities to life online, ensuring all design elements adhere to their brand guidelines
Delivering creative design that is fresh, innovative, and relevant across social and email channels
Ensuring all creative output is on-brand, taking feedback and direction from your Creative Campaign Manager, Account Managers, and the Clients
Illustrating design ideas using storyboards and process flows
Creating high-quality graphics, motion graphics, and animations
Designing and building email marketing campaigns
Supporting the Creative Campaign Manager and Digital Marketing Manager
With a keen interest in Social Media trends, you will be required to know and utilise the latest trends and features across channels
Managing and organising image libraries and artwork files using Dropbox
Attending team meetings and contributing to strategy
What you will bring to Seed Group:
Experience in motion graphics is a must and should be a creative passion
Experience creating and optimizing content for Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, and YouTube
Experience of Adobe Creative Suite include InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or equivalent
Must have an advanced understanding of social media platforms and functions (must include Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
The ability to understand and immerse yourself in our clients' brands to understand the key messages, brand personality, and target audiences

A good understanding of digital marketing
Qualifications
Graphic Design or similar qualification
A portfolio that showcases good layout design, typography, and an understanding of design for digital platforms (iPad, mobile, on-screen)
Experience of Adobe CC suite
Experience of art working for various digital mediums; including web and mobile (video editing advantageous)
Digital design experience is highly preferred with strong motion graphic knowledge (Digital, Social)
