Production Coordinator – Food and Drink Content

Location: Herefordshire
Travel: Occasional UK travel
Salary: £25,000
Experience: We don't require direct experience but you need to have a genuine interest in the creative production industry, and have a natural flair for organisation and teamwork. 

About Us

We are a certified B Corp, producing outstanding content for some of the UK’s and the world’s biggest food and drink brands, from challenger startups to global FMCG giants. Our shoots range from fast-paced social content to high-production campaigns, and we need a highly organised, hands-on Production Coordinator to bring everything together behind the scenes.


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join the creative industry. You will be at the heart of our production process, organising shoots, sourcing props, coordinating talent, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in our production studio. No two days are the same, and you will need to be proactive, adaptable, and highly organised.


Key Responsibilities

Shoot Planning and Coordination

  • Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots 

  • Manage shoot schedules, call sheets, and logistics


Production Support

  • Source props, ingredients, and wardrobe for shoots

  • Model and talent booking

  • Handle studio maintenance and organisation

  • Organise Dropbox and image storage and retrieval

  • Maintain and update studio inventory


On-Shoot Assistance

  • Act as a runner and provide support on set

  • Set up and break down shoots

  • Ensure smooth shoot execution, troubleshooting issues as they arise


What We Are Looking For

  • A passion for creative production and an interest in food and drink content

  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable multitasking and managing logistics

  • Willing to get involved in all aspects of production, from running errands to setting up props

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is required
