Location: Hybrid (office and remote and open to discussion on number of office days per month)
Role Type: Full-time, 12-Month Contract
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000, dependent on experience
About Seed

As we expand, we are looking for a Performance and Social Lead to drive both paid media and organic social growth, ensuring our clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
The Role
This is a hybrid role, combining paid performance marketing with organic social leadership. You will be responsible for running paid social campaigns, overseeing content strategy, and integrating AI-driven creative tools to maximise impact. This role is ideal for someone with five+ years of experience who is ready to take ownership and grow into a senior leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social and Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimise Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns for clients
Manage budgets effectively to drive return on ad spend and campaign efficiency
Use analytics to refine targeting, messaging, and creative performance
Stay up to date with platform updates and trends to maximise paid performance
Organic Social Strategy and Growth
Build social media strategy across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for clients
Collaborate with the creative team and wider social team to develop data-driven campaigns, content plans and engagement strategies
Ensure organic and paid content strategies are aligned for maximum impact
Identify emerging trends and audience behaviours to shape strategy
AI and Creative Innovation
Experiment with AI-driven content tools to enhance creative output
Test AI-powered ad creatives, captions, and audience insights to optimise performance
Share insights with the team on emerging digital innovations
Reporting and Insights
Track and analyse both organic and paid social performance, providing actionable insights
Report on key performance indicators, trends, and engagement to guide creative and strategic decisions
Present findings to clients, ensuring they understand return on investment and optimisation strategies
Pitching & Presenting
Working alongside our Head of Creative and Pitch Lead to create stand-out proposals and pitch decks
Presenting online and in person to prospective and existing clients with confidence
Who You Are
Five+ years experience in performance marketing and/or social media strategy
Expertise in paid media, with hands-on experience in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Strong understanding of organic social growth across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise strategies
Enthusiastic about AI and emerging trends, with a curiosity about how technology can enhance creativity
Proactive and strategic, eager to take ownership and grow within the agency
